Senior Counsel, Services - Distributed Power
Duties: Advise Vice President, Services and other employees on a variety of legal issues related to global business and strategy. Structure deals and negotiate, draft and interpret complex Services contracts. Provide claims and dispute management support during contract execution. Provide risk and compliance oversight of international commercial transactions. Supervise litigation as needed. Support global Service projects. Coordinate with global inside and outside counsel, and manage outside counsel spend in accordance with legal budget.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
