Duties: Develop cost-effective technology solutions by creating new and modifying existing software applications; coordinate with users to determine requirements; code, test and debug, implement complex software applications; coordinate activities of a project team and monitor project schedules and costs; gather data for preparation of specifications and time estimates for systems development; prepare written test plans and document test results; prepare new/modified processes for production environment to include documentation, job scheduling, and report distribution; code, prepare test data, tests, debug program; participate in major upgrades to packaged software; work with end users to develop best practice business processes; train system end users on business functionality; provide after business hours systems support as parts of the IT on call rotation; follow SOX change management and production system access guidelines Internal/External Relationships.
Requirements: Employer will accept Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related technical field, followed by 4 years of work experience in job offered or 4 years of work experience in a computer-related occupation. Experience must include: Application development experience on the AS400; retail or direct to consumer systems experience; Supply Chain / Distribution systems; AS400/ ISeries environment; Manhattan Associates WM (PkMS); RPGLE, RPG1V, RPGIII , CL ILE; DB2/ SQL; SDA; Subfiles o Optional
Experience: Crystal Reports / Business Objects; .NET; Oracle / APEX; Ecometry; commercial ware; and HTML. Any suitable combination of education, training, or experience is acceptable.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
