Job Description:
The Customer Service/Delivery Scheduler will support our customers and ensure smooth operations.
This multifaceted position involves providing outstanding customer service, assisting with administrative tasks, and coordinating delivery schedules.
The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, text, and in person.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document management.
Coordinate delivery schedules and logistics to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products to customers.
Communicate delivery schedules with customers and update them on any changes or delays.
Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, operations, and logistics, to streamline processes and improve customer service.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and deliveries.
Monitor inventory levels and assist with inventory management as needed.
Perform other duties as assigned to support the overall success of the company.
Requirements:
Previous experience in customer service and administrative roles preferred.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Customer-focused with a positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
Knowledge of delivery logistics and scheduling systems is a plus.
A high school diploma or equivalent, as well as additional education or certifications, are a plus.
