Facility Maintenance TechnicianWe are looking to add a Maintenance Technician to our team of highly skilled team members for one of our clients.
Our client is located in West Chester and is looking for their best match.
Job DutiesVery close communication with the warehouse to ensure all rebuild parts such as seals, rings, cups, bearings, packing, pins, gears, and all other parts needed.
Read work orders and specifications to determine machines and equipment requiring repair or maintenance.
Inspect or test damaged machine parts, mark defective areas, advise supervisors of repair needs.
Reassemble machines after the completion of repair and or maintenance work.
Dismantle machines and remove parts for repair, using hand tools, chain falls, jacks, cranes or hoists.
Install, replace or change machine parts and attachments, according to productions specifications.
Collaborate with other workers to repair or move machines, machine parts or equipment.
Inventory and requisition machine parts, equipment, and other supplies so that stock can be maintained and replenished.
Record production, repair, and machine maintenance information QualificationsKnowledge and ability to use hand and power tools.
Knowledgeable in proper alignment of bearings and other precision componentsWelding a strong plusBasic electrical abilities 110- 220- and 480-volt systems.
Knowledgeable in Hydraulic and pneumatic operating systems and components Lock out/Tag out.
Critical Thinking, using logic and reasoning.
Alternative solutions, conclusion, and approaches to problems.
Judgment and Decision making, considering the relative costs and benefits of potential actions to choose the appropriate one.
Ability to stand for long periods of time.
Ability to bend and twist.
Ability to walk, lift and turnAbility to lift up to 50lbs.
Ability to use hands and arms in handling, positioning and moving material.
Ability to verbally communicate.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
