What is the job in a Nutshell? The Production Supervisor will monitor our production operations and ensure that they deliver maximum quality in a profitable manner.
Duties will include monitoring employees, organizing workflows and analyzing the efficiency of manufacturing processes.
You should be highly competent and comprehend complex operations.
We also expect you to be able to optimize day-to-day activities while minimizing the costs, provide leadership and guidance to teams and work cross-collaboratively with other departments to ensure quality, safety and productivity all within a culture of positivity, respect and support.
Ideal Candidate Wish ListHigh School Diploma at a minimum with previous relevant leadership experience; Bachelor's Degree in business, engineering or other relevant area will be a bonus2
years proven experience working in a supervisory role; in a manufacturing environment preferredExceptional negotiation and conflict resolution attributesSharp production focus with a drive for accurate results Day to Day Job DutiesSupervise the production operations of the facility with an aim for high performanceCreate strong cross-functional relationships to assist in the smooth operation of the facilityAssist with the onboarding process of new hiresProvide training and educational materials to staffConduct annual reviews for staff performanceEstablish daily, weekly and monthly objectives and communicate them to employeesOversee safe use of equipment and work with maintenance team to schedule regular maintenancePrepare production boards to report on performance and progress and present them to senior managersPerform verification of production input and output according to specificationsAbout the Company:
