Summary:
A&F Souvenir is seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant for Production to join our team.
This role is essential in supporting our apparel production line, focusing on order entry, order processing, and inventory control.
The ideal candidate will work closely with the Apparel Purchaser to ensure that inventory is accurately maintained, orders are processed efficiently, and all administrative tasks are completed to support the seamless operation of the production department.
Key
Responsibilities:
Order Entry and Processing:
Accurately enter and process apparel orders, ensuring that all order details are correctly captured and communicated to the production team.
Inventory Control/Management:
Assist the Apparel Purchaser in maintaining inventory records for apparel products.
Conduct regular inventory checks and update inventory management systems to reflect current stock levels.
Reconciliation and Receiving of Inventory:
record production defects and damages, receive ordered product into the ERP, manage processing and receiving from vendors and reconcile invoices Administrative Support:
Perform various administrative tasks, including filing, managing emails, preparing reports, and other office duties as needed to support the production team.
Collaboration:
Work closely with the Apparel Purchaser and production team to coordinate order schedules, manage deadlines, and ensure timely completion of orders.
Record Keeping:
Maintain detailed records of orders, inventory adjustments, and production schedules to ensure accuracy and efficiency in the production process.
Communication:
Serve as a point of contact for internal queries related to production orders and inventory, providing timely and accurate information to team members.
Qualifications:
High school diploma required; associate degree or higher in business administration, supply chain management, or a related field preferred.
Proven experience in administrative support, order processing, or inventory management, preferably in a production or manufacturing environment.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with inventory management software.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
This position will work Monday through Friday shifts and is full time hourly with benefits.

Compensation and
Benefits:
Full Time, Hourly position - based on range in consideration of relevant job experience and certification/education; if position is physically in Colorado salary range will be posted above following EPFEW Act Vacation or TAFW (time away from work) Plan Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance; employee premiums applicable 401k program, eligible for enrollment after (1) year of employment during January or June open enrollment periods Job Type:

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
