POSITION PURPOSE Lead and coach a highly effective team that will live out our Mission, To enrich the financial lives of our members, employees, and the communities we serve.
This position is expected to consistently exhibit Kemba Credit Union's Service Promises while leading team members to do so.
Responsible for planning, developing, and delivering training activities throughout the Credit Union.
Identifies training needs and acquires or designs materials including audio-visual aids, manuals, workbooks, scripts, and WEB enabled materials.
Maintains and oversees Training Library resources.
Assist with the preparation of the Learning and Development budget and oversees the planning and implementation of large events.
Responsible for providing service, sales, and leadership development.
Ensures the culture is communicated to new and existing team members.
SPECIAL NOTE:
This is NOT a remote job, it is an in-person position.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & BASIC DUTIES Educates, exhibits, and encourages Kemba Credit Union's Mission, Core Values, and Culture.
Leads and designs the development of training procedures and programs, and effectively delivers the training tools to all Credit Union employees.
Assists Senior Management in developing short and long-term training plans and Business Plan.
Lead and coach Learning & Development employees by developing each employee to their highest potential.
Recognize employees who perform at a high level.
Inspire and motivate others to perform well.
QUALIFICATIONS Education/Certification:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in organizational communication or organizational development.
Required Knowledge:
Strong understanding of member service principles and credit union culture.
Knowledge of human resource policies.
Understanding of job functions and operations at all levels of the Credit Union.
Knowledge of training systems and resources.
Knowledge of Office 365 suite.
An understanding of budgets and financials.
Experience Required:
Three to five years of progressive experience in training related positions.
Supervisory experience strongly preferred.
Skills/Abilities:
Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
Ability to plan, develop, and implement training programs.
Well organized.
Solid oral and written communication abilities.
Able to meat deadlines.
Able to use all related software applications.
Ability to mentor.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
