Administrative Assistant Responsibilities Office Support:
Provide general administrative support to the office and management team.
Data Entry:
Accurately input data into spreadsheets, databases, and other software systems.
Document Management:
Organize and maintain physical and digital files, records, and documents.
Meeting Coordination:
Assist in preparing meeting materials.
Communication:
Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries from vendors, customers, and team members in a professional and courteous manner.
Customer Service:
Provide excellent customer service and assistance to clients who visit or contact the office.
Administrative Assistant Requirements Education:
High school diploma or GED.
Experience:
Previous experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role is preferred but not required.
Work Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 8:
30am-4:
30pm.
Detail-Oriented:
High attention to detail and accuracy is essential as this role involves working with payments and handling financial data.
Organization:
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work well independently and complete tasks on schedule is necessary to being successful in this role.
Tech Savvy:
Proficiency in basic computer applications, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace (Sheets, Slides, Docs, Drive).
Quickbooks experience is preferred but not required.
Communication Skills:
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Professionalism:
Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
