Project Manager (Architecture and Engineering)
Architectural Project Manager - We have a unique opportunity for a degreed Architect to use their knowledge and experience to make a difference in the surrounding communities by designing and developing affordable and low-income housing options for all.
The ideal candidate will have 5-8 years of experience with at least 2 years in a project manager or lead role, as well as a passion for improving the lives of others.
This is a full-time position with a local architectural design firm, specializing in designing affordable housing communities in and around the Cincinnati area.
Needed experience and expertise:
Prior experience in affordable housing, Low-income tax credit (LIHTC) and multi-family housing communities Design, build background Strong Revit capabilities 2
years as a project manager or project lead Degree in Architecture and a passion for creating affordable housing are required Must be willing to work onsite/in-office 4 days a week.
