Customer Service Specialist Position Overview:
The position is a critical part of our delivering on our promise of a 5-star experience.
This position schedules technicians by geographic territory with an eye toward efficiency to ensure resources are being most effectively utilized and routes are continually optimized.
The Customer Service Specialist also works with customers on multiple different levels from setting up appointments to performing customer surveys.
A key area of this role is reputation management and obtaining positive reviews on a variety of sites, like Google, BBB and Angie's List.
Customer Service Specialist Key
Responsibilities:
Scheduling technician's service calls by geographic territory utilizing online tools and programs.
Entering job and customer information in our database.
Answering a variety of customer inquiries and assisting them with a variety of requests in a friendly, helpful and confident manner.
Surveying customers, listening and disseminating important feedback, and recording their responses.
Performing customer surveys and securing online reviews.
Updating customers on project status timeframes.
Handling a variety of administrative duties such as filing, faxing, completing forms/paperwork Work with customers in regard to scheduling their scope review Handling requests for warranty services in a timely and efficient manner.
Customer Service Specialist - Required Skills and Abilities:
Adaptability and flexibility to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with ability to coordinate several activities simultaneously.
Sound decision-making and problem-solving abilities; decisiveness when needing to select among alternative courses of action.
Customer-service oriented with good interpersonal skills Professional verbal and written communication skills for interaction with a variety of people inside and outside the organization.
Positive, upbeat attitude regarding customer care.
Ability to perform well under pressure and effectively handle customer concerns.
Highly organized with strong ability to think and act systematically.

Strong technical skills and proficiency with online services, databases and systems.
Customer Service Specialist Position
Qualifications:
High School Graduate Minimum of 3 years of Customer Service experience Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) and CRM (Customer Relationship Management) Systems, with the ability to learn additional computer software systems.
