Job description We are looking for a detail oriented individual ready to learn and grow in a dynamic fast paced environment.
This position supports the finance team in various financial transactions, and administrative support.
Responsibilities Input AP invoices that we receive from vendors.
Perform check runs and work with vendors to resolve issues.
New vendor set up and maintenance of vendor master files including issuing 1099s.
Send daily invoices to customers.
Collect and pursue late payments from customers.
Reconcile Daily Bank - enter cash receipts we receive from customers.
Complete account reconciliations for month end close.
Run end of the month reports.
Enter Journal Entries as needed.
File sales & use tax returns.
File 1099 returns.
Perform other duties as assigned.
