Performance Automotive Network is a high-volume multi-brand automotive dealership group including Lexus, Toyota, Honda, Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge, RAM, Ford, Lincoln, GMC, and Cadillac, plus multiple collision and repair centers.
We have an immediate career opportunity for a Corporate Accounting Clerk.

We've been a local family-owned business for over 52 years! The position provides a variety of administrative and clerical work for the Corporate Accounting Department, assisting with overall accounting functions.
The individual will be required to communicate well, demonstrate a commitment to discipline and responsibility and be able to work under the pressure of deadlines.
In addition, you must be able to complete tasks independently and support other accounting department colleagues as directed.
Hourly Pay is $22.

Responsibilities:
Corporate Accounting Clerk:
Performs routine accounting activities such as maintaining the general ledger and preparing various accounting statements and reports.
Assist in processing inter-company billing and collection of funds.
Assist in various accounts payable, receivable, and/or banking functions.
Maintain fixed assets, depreciation, and amortization schedules.
Reconcile and record corporate credit cards.
Manage accident claims centrally for multiple businesses, which includes gathering required information to assess whether an insurance claim will be filed and coordinating with applicable insurance providers to facilitate prompt resolution of claims.
Participates in a variety of departmental tasks for cross-training purposes.
Perform other projects and tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
An associates degree or higher in accounting is preferred.
Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Must have excellent attention to detail skills, be highly organized, and be able to enter data efficiently and accurately.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to use logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems.
Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both written and verbal.
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
Demonstrate a positive attitude and excellent interpersonal skills when dealing with team members and co-workers.
Substance screening is required of all Performance Automotive Network employees.
Possess a valid driver's license with a good driving record is preferred.
