Job Description:
The Senior Mobility Engineer is responsible for the administration and management of enterprise mobility systems (Intune) and approximately 3500 cellular devices. The Sr. Mobility Engineer designs, develops, implements, and supports technical components of Intune and the integration of business applications. They assist with the development of specifications, test scripts, and documentation associated with the application. They develop and support programs, scripts, reports, interfaces, and configure the system to provide optimal business functionality. The Sr. Mobility Engineer also possesses a basic understanding of business processes that the technology supports. Job Duties:
Designs, develops, and documents programs, scripts, reports, interfaces, applications, policies, procedures, and system configuration. Provides technical/analytical support for applications and associated layered products. Provides application analysis and review of existing or proposed solutions, considering functionality, integration, security, scalability, and performance requirements. Drives the evaluation and selection process for mobile technology solutions. Provides recommendations on larger support methodology. Manages and builds vendor relationships. Constantly looks for opportunities to improve the end user experience. Contributes to the optimization of the larger mobile support footprint Manages relationships with cellular vendors. Reviews charges and adjusts plans as needed. Addresses cellular invoices and internal chargeback processes. Provides Level 2
support to end users Manages mobile device inventory and coordinates routine inventory audits. Develops documentation used by Service Desk and site support personnel and provides training as needed. Develops an understanding of how the application of technology supports and optimizes business processes. Provides input into technical standards. Supports device patches and upgrades. Participates in disaster recovery tests and planning. Maintains applicable professional certifications and/or current technical knowledge. Supports internal and external audit processes. Participates in projects and develops an understanding of the Cliffs project lifecycle. Minimum Requirements:
Microsoft O365 (mobility and security) certifications preferred 10 years I.T. experience Mobile device configuration management experience within Intune Experience supporting mobile device OS (IOS and Android) Experience generating and designing reports Knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, terminology, and procedures in the support of end user computing technology and applications systems Preferred Requirements Bachelor's Degree or preferred Active Directory administration experience preferred
Salary Range:
$150K -- $200K
Minimum Qualification
Software DevelopmentEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
