P&G is looking for a Supply Network Operations Senior Manager for the Cincinnati Chemicals plant where you will be responsible for the End to End (E2E) Supply Network capabilities for Surfactant and Glycerin production. This position will design a supply chain between Cincinnati and Lima that delivers cost, cash, touches reduction goals, sustainable, and provides the best value to the business. Cincinnati Plant is a part of the Fabric Care Organizational Unit and is the sole supplier for Lima surfactant paste (60+% of NA Fabric Care business) and also Business Continuity Plans for the Alexandria Plant. North America Fabric Care is 8.1 billion/year Organization Unit (OU). P&G Chemicals (PGC) is a $1.2 billion dollar/year Oleo chemical OU, with approximately 60% of the volume provided to P&G and the remaining sold on the Merchant Market. Our materials are part of 19 of P&G's Billion-dollar brands. Due to this diverse customer base, there is a unique opportunity to improve results and build relationships across multiple P&G Sectors, as well as understanding and influencing P&G's position with external customers by leveraging our Supply Chain systems as a point of differentiation in the marketplace. You will play an important and highly visible role in managing systems, multifunctional teams, and the overall supply network processes End to End (E2E). North America Glycerin and Cincinnati Chemicals Plant Surfactants are a true Phase IV supply chain as well as being a Tier 1 Business Continuity Plans site. As such, this role has ownership and interface all the way from raw material purchases, through production and driving sales at customer locations. What we offer you:

Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
Minimum Qualification
